Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Sr. BDE will identify business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a proven track record of achieving sales targets of at least ₹1 crore, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships in the IT sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Created and delivered compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in business development with a focus on IT sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT Sales.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications.
