Job Description :
- Full ownership of Year-on-Year and Quarterly Sales Targets (Revenue & New Client Acquisition).
- End-to-End responsibility for New Business Development and existing Account Mining.
- Drive and manage the entire sales cycle including:
- Lead Generation
- Client Engagement (Creating interest and delivering compelling solutions)
- Proposal Creation & Presentations
- Deal Closure
- Account Expansion
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships leading to multi-year revenue streams.
- Strategically plan and execute account development initiatives to maximize client value.
- Deliver consistent performance in revenue growth and client acquisition
Requirements:
- Minimum 6–8 years of international sales experience in Digital/IT/Cloud services—preferably for the USA or European and Middle east markets.
- Strong leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of BDEs and Inside Sales reps.
- Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline from the ground up through cold calling and strategic outreach.
- Must have a deep understanding of the Digital, IT, and Cloud solutions landscape, with the ability to deliver quick wins and long-term client value.
- Track record of winning mid-sized and enterprise clients in the US market.
- Strong account mining capabilities, with the ability to grow existing accounts and generate additional revenue.
Capable of achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
